This policy describes how the mobile application Bitpulso handles user information.
The app stores settings such as language, presets, mixes, and playback state locally using internal storage (AsyncStorage). This data is not synced off the device.
The app may use the Internet to download content or updates and uses system audio APIs to play sounds. We do not transmit device identifiers or analytics to servers.
The Android version declares the following permissions strictly for audio functionality:
android.permission.INTERNETandroid.permission.MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGSandroid.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICEandroid.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACKandroid.permission.WAKE_LOCKandroid.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONSPOST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+) is requested only to show playback controls in the status bar and is optional for the user.
The app is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can assist with deleting local data where applicable.
We do not share data with third parties and we do not perform international data transfers.
Where applicable, communications use HTTPS. We store the minimum information required for operation and only on the user's device.
Even though we do not collect personal data, you can contact us with any questions. If you uninstall the app, the local data saved by the app will be removed from the device.
